Villa Jolanda is crafted by Santero, a sparkling and still wine producer in Piedmont, Italy, in the southwest province of Cuneo. Santero traces its winery history to 1958, when it was founded by the Santero brothers. Monsieur Touton describes the winery as working from five estate-owned vineyards as well as fruit from more than 300 local winegrowers.
