Returns

No returns will be accepted without a valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

Returns are not accepted on the following product categories:

• Beer
• Soft drinks
• Cider
• Hard seltzer
• Mixers

WineDiscounts.com must be notified of any return request, damaged product, defective bottle, incorrect item, or shipping error within 30 days of the original purchase date for in-store purchases or within 30 days of the delivery date for shipped orders.

Bad or defective wine

If you believe a bottle of wine is defective or has gone bad, please keep the bottle, its remaining contents, and the cork or closure.

Do not discard or empty the bottle. We cannot accept empty bottles for inspection or return.

Please contact WineDiscounts.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide further instructions.

Incorrect wine, vintage, or product

If you receive an incorrect wine, vintage, bottle size, or other product, please contact our customer service team immediately:

Please provide your order number or receipt and details regarding the incorrect item.

WineDiscounts.com may arrange for the incorrect product to be returned to us for inspection. Once the returned merchandise has been received and reviewed, we may arrange for a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

Prompt notification helps us resolve order errors and send any applicable replacement as quickly as possible.

Returning products

Unless otherwise instructed by WineDiscounts.com, approved returns should be securely repackaged and sent to:

Do not ship a return to WineDiscounts.com without first contacting us and receiving return authorization or instructions.

Restocking fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Original shipping and delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by WineDiscounts.com or as otherwise required by applicable law.

WineDiscounts.com reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise before issuing a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Additional restrictions

Because alcoholic beverages are regulated products, certain returns or refunds may be restricted or prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local laws. WineDiscounts.com reserves the right to decline a return when accepting the return would violate applicable law or regulation.
