The basics
WineDiscounts.com is operated by Hardy’s Discount Liquors, a licensed New Jersey alcoholic beverage retailer. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
You must be 21
You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or purchase wine. Every delivery requires the signature of an adult 21 or older — carriers cannot leave wine unattended, and a valid ID may be requested at delivery.
Where we ship
We ship only to states where direct wine shipment from a New Jersey retailer is permitted. The checkout verifies your ZIP code before an order can be placed; if we can’t ship to you yet, no charge is made.
Pricing & availability
Prices, discounts, and inventory reflect our live in-store stock and can change without notice. If an item in your order turns out to be unavailable, we’ll contact you to substitute or refund it. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected, and orders affected by them cancelled and refunded.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. Your order total — including shipping and any tax — is shown before you pay.
Accounts
Accounts are free and optional. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email or phone secure. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in violation of these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how account data is handled.
Returns
If a bottle arrives damaged or an order is wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Alcohol returns are otherwise governed by New Jersey law.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
