Sharrott Winery is based in Blue Anchor/Hammonton, New Jersey. A New Jersey wine report states that Larry Sharrott Jr. and Larry III purchased a 34-acre abandoned apple orchard in 2005, began planting grapes, and opened the tasting room in 2008. The same report places the property in the Pine Barrens within the Outer Coastal Plain AVA and notes that Sharrott works with vinifera and French hybrid grape varieties.
