Giuliano Rosati is a Regal Wine Imports collaboration between owners Dan Bada and Charlie Trivinia and selected Italian winemakers. The label was created in 2009 with Veneto-based Alessandro Furlan to make approachable expressions of classic Italian regions. The first Giuliano Rosati wine was the Valpolicella, made by a family-owned winery in Valpantena with all vine-growing and production taking place onsite. The brand name honors the founders' Italian family heritage: Giuliano was Charlie's father's given name, and Rosati was Charlie's grandmother's maiden name.
