Cantina Terlano was founded in 1893 and is one of the leading growers' cooperatives in South Tyrol. The winery focuses strongly on white wines, which make up about 70 percent of production. Its vineyards around Terlano are shaped by volcanic porphyry soils, mountain influences, and large day-night temperature shifts. The winery is known for age-worthy whites and maintains a deep cellar program, including special rarity releases.
