About the winery · Sur de los Andes ›

Sur de los Andes was founded from the vision of Guillermo Banfi, a Franco-Argentine entrepreneur who moved from finance into wine. The winery is located in Las Compuertas, Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza, at the foot of the Andes. Its wines draw on Mendoza fruit sources, especially Lujan de Cuyo and the Uco Valley. The producer emphasizes selected vineyard sources and a traditional approach that includes native yeasts for this blend.
