Imagery Estate Winery is based in Glen Ellen, Sonoma County, and grew from Joe Benziger's experimental small-lot wine program beginning in the mid-1980s. The winery connects wine and contemporary art, with each label serving as part of its broader art-focused identity. The nationally distributed Imagery California line launched in 2016, bringing the brand's traditional-varietal-with-a-twist approach to a wider audience.
