Winery story

Josh Cellars' first sparkling wine, launched in 2019 with the Pozzi family, a small family producer in Italy. The grapes are 100% Glera from the Prosecco DOC zone between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, made in the tank (Charmat) method for freshness.
