About the winery · Louis Bouillot ›

Louis Bouillot is a sparkling-wine house based in Nuits-Saint-Georges, Burgundy. The producer traces its sparkling-wine activity to Jean Bouillot's 1877 business for 'sparkling Burgundies' near the Nuits-Saint-Georges railway station. The official history notes that Cremant de Bourgogne AOC was recognized on July 4, 1975, and that the Boisset family revitalized the house from 1997 onward. Retailer listings connect Saint-Reine Rose to Louis Bouillot, but a producer technical sheet for this specific Saint-Reine cuvee was not found.
