Sebastiani Vineyards & Winery is a historic Sonoma producer whose first century began when Samuele Sebastiani, an Italian immigrant and stonemason, started the winery in 1904. The winery continued operating through Prohibition by producing sacramental and medicinal wines. After Bill Foley purchased Sebastiani in 2008, the winery focused on lower production, vineyard sourcing, and quality improvements. Today the producer emphasizes Sonoma County wines, including single-vineyard and sub-appellation bottlings.
