Bogle Family Vineyards is based in Clarksburg, California, and is part of the Bogle Family Wine Collection. The family traces its California Delta farming roots to the late 1870s and describes itself as six generations of farmers. Warren and Chris Bogle planted the family's first 20 acres of wine grapes in 1968, released wine under their own label in 1978 and built the original winery in 1979. The producer emphasizes separate vinification of vineyard blocks and a grower program tied to CA Rules certification.
